Counselor, Hypnotherapist, Coach and Counselor

All About Me
I have a diverse range of experience and training in counseling and coaching techniques as well as business.
Counseling
My basic approach involves Cognitive Behavioral techniques while incorporating Family Systems Theory (Family of Origin). This approach can provide quick relief from anxiety and depression while providing insights to help resolve some of those issues that seem to undermine happiness and healthy relationships.
I also incorporate clinical hypnosis and Emotional Freedom Technique for PTSD and other specific issues. See my page on Hypnosis and EFT for more on thisll
